Hi Mags, I had my laptop and mobile phone stolen before Christmas and as a result lost all my email adds. Then I had a brain wave and thought I would contact you via your site just to see how you are and to keep in touch. It would be nice to know how you are. I have never forgotten your kindness when we lost the child here last year and the poem you wrote for me which I still have. Get in touch when and if you have the time, Very best wishes, Glen

Mags, I have been following your posts about Tyger. It is comforting to see how you are spending your days with your beloved. I lost my baby, Toby of 13 years 10 days ago. It doesn’t seem possible, I still see traces of him everywhere – even his smell. You are brave to make arrangements ahead of time. It will make everything much easier – even though it’s not easy. Just treasure the time you two have left!

Hi Mags, I tried to use your contact “send me a message” on the ezboard but couldn’t figure out how to work it – it just kept taking me to the ezboard homepage. Thank you for caring about my Macky. I looked in on Tyger too – what a sweetie. I wish you both the very best and many more years together. Jo

What a loving tribute to a wonderful companion. Tyger was so handsome. Maybe as handsome as Mr. Spats The Most Handsome Cat In The World, my loving friend for 16 ½ years. He left me suddenly 2 days ago. I wonder if he ran into Tyger over the bridge? I know we’ll both always miss our lover boys but we’ll see them again someday!

Oh, how terrible I feel. I’m so sorry! When I saw this site I thought your Tyger was a boy and had already passed to heaven-please forgive me! I have been thru so much in the past 2 days with the passing of my baby and just wanted to reach out and help! I am anguished by the thought that I may have caused you any more hurt! She is a most beautiful and precious girl! Please remove my signings if you’d like and know that I am thinking about you and Tyger.

Comments: Obviously I meant and not and – and I just read your poem about Tyger and it brought a tear to my eye (quite literally!) I have never had a cat but (and this may sound odd) I have a similar love for my hamster. I’d never have thought it but my little baby Bonzai is such a wonderful companion, she’s always running up to me into my arms so we can cuddle. It may sound strange that something so small can be such a good friend but she is, I love her to bits and am dreading the day she passes on... Love Ditz xxx

Comments: How sweet of you to send me the link!  I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your poetry.  I read some of the ones on suffering. It gave me chills.  So real, so beautiful, and so true.  Outstanding.  It IS marked as a favourite.  You are quite talented.  I’ll go back to look at your artwork too and read more poems.  You’re right about being “the Julie” J but no news from Joanne  (Macky’s mom). We exchanged emails a couple weeks ago but I’m assume she’s got her hands full!!

Best wishes from the other side of the big pond!  Hugs to Tyger!  Julie (Spat’s mom)

Comments: I read your story, and I burst into tears, because I have recently had the same experience. My cat Rambo was put down on Valentines’ day. He was hit by cancer too. I still feel that he is somewhere around me...close to me. I found real comfort by visiting your site. I believe no one could ever understand the way someone feels when loosing a companion ( OUR BEST FRIEND) after so many years... I’ll keep visiting your site, each time I feel lonely. Even though this pain is too real, always remember that you are not alone.... Love Christina – Greece

Comments: I was searching for the words of “The life that I have...” They were quoted on The Archers, BBC Radio4 tonight. I thought the character said it was Robert Browning. I must be mistaken. I heard them first on an old film, I think about a French resistance woman in WW2, or have I made all this up in my mind. Either way my search brought me here to the charm of your site. Fascinating fate.

It is almost a year now and the pain in my heart is still so strong. I hope that TYGER AND CINNAMON have met at the bridge and are now good friends.

I thought you would like to know that after finding your site through a search engine I incorporated 8 of your Christmas poems and readings into our programme for the carol concerts we are doing this year. I was very impressed by the way you put across the Christmas story. We did our first concert on Tuesday and it went down extremely well. If you send me your E-mail address I will send you a copy of the programme. Thank you for being there when I needed inspiration.
